Give and Take.

I do believe we have picked an apartment. Yay! We're on the way to having a home here!

It's a three bedroom apartment. I'm really happy about that because we only rate a two bedroom if we were on base. Aside from the dryer it will be all American appliances. It's brand new, which is nice, but also a bit scary because any mark or ding is our fault. So I guess we're just going to plan on not getting any security deposit back, lol. I decided to give up the beautiful ocean views for an amazing park, beach access and the seawall just a short walk from our door! I was really hoping we could get T a yard, but that isn't going to work out. Who needs a yard when there's a park across the way? There are a bunch of little cafes and hole in the wall places that I'm excited to explore.

I'm tired. This blog entry sucks. And I didn't take any pictures.

Josh takes his driving test tomorrow and I'm really hoping that he doesn't have to follow that thirty days on base only rule, because I'm so freaked out about driving here and I really don't want to be driving in the dark all the way to his work.
